Blocktech MEP are currently looking for MEP project manager (Mechanical Bias) for a reputable M & E company working on various projects across London and the South East.
They have grown significantly even through this difficult period and have a good pipeline of coming projects. The Mechanical Director is looking for a fresh, dynamic experienced project manager (Mechanical Bias) with career aspirations to grow into a contract manager and number two in time.
The ideal candidate will have worked for a similar M & E company and have:
Experience in high-rise high-end services/pipework install, prefab plumbing, health and safety, Hvac, Mechanical, and electrical works.
A good understanding of project management software
Be able to confidently deliver updates, progress reports, and project updates to senior management, and clients where required.
A good problem solver with a proven track record in leading project teams and sub-contractors on large complex projects to a successful finish on time and in budget.
If successful senior references from previous companies on similar projects will need to be supplied.
