Job Description

Blocktech MEP are looking on behalf of their client for a M & E Site Manager with SMSTS for a quick 8-week contract on the University of Essex.

You will be required to manage the mechanical package including Plumbing, pipefitting, Air con, Duct Fitting, and some small electrical Installs.

We require someone to grab hold of the project and manage the paperwork, internal team, sub-contractors, and agency labour.

The company you will be working for are a well-established MEP firm and this short contract will most likely lead onto further works.

Minimum requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • 5 Years experience
  • Ability to run MEP projects from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent management skills with Sub Contractors, agency labour and internal team.
  • Client facing
